If you are a returning player you have to do your initial new season registration through your existing player account.
Registration for 2023/2024 soccer season with SK Sunblazer Soccer Club. All players participating at SK Sunblazer this season must register now. We are currently ordering the uniforms and setting up starting dates for practices, etc. Until your registration is in the system you will not be considered on the team roster. If you were registered at SK Sunblazer or any other club, you will pick “existing account". DO NOT set up a new account unless you have never been registered at a club in FYSA. Club Costs + Fees: Club annual registration for travel players $325 Club registration and monthly fees $850 of $85 for 10 months for a total of $1175 , includes: game and practice, state fees, park fees, FYSA insurance (secondary ins), league fees, admin expenses, coaching contracts, merchant fees, practice fields rental, assignor fees, etc. Club Fees(coaching fees included) $850 ($85 a month x 10) Uniform Fee $190 is due at time of ordering a uniform and is separate from the Club registration and club monthly fees. Referee fees per season per player (estimated) $ 46-$75 (depends on league, how many games+age group) Payments: Are to be paid on line through your gotsoccer.com account per payment structure below. Recurring payments on the dates listed below will be applied at time of registration. Monthly payments well be due starting August and paid in full by March 1st. Monthly payments due are either $100 each month or the breakdown of the total season fees to be paid in full by March 1st Additional Fees: Referee fees and tournament fees will be discussed with each individual team and paid separately once the team has decided which tournaments and has their league game schedule. **This fee for U8-U12 is in the total fees 10 months x $75 = $750 for the full season to be added to the Club Registration fee of $325 = $1075 total for full season.

Documents Requested to Complete Registration:
First registration form: all new players who have never registered before to any other soccer clubs must fill in this form and submit it to their coach. (Applies in the age of 10 and above)
Foreign Birth Certificate: all new players who fall under the "First registration form" must complete this form if their birth certificate is from a foreign country.
Proof of Entry Prior to 10 Years of Age: this form applies to any player whom falls under the "First registration form" and whose birth certificate is foreign and entered the United States prior to the age of 10.

Financial Aid is granted on a player by player basis.
A tax return is required to process any financial aid requests.The BOD will look over each case separately and grant assistance depending on availability and all documentation provided.
All recipients of financial aid are required to donate 20-40 hours of volunteer time to SK Sunblazer Soccer Club.
